Pick up us at our hotel at 08:00 then transfer
to the Cinnamon Cruises office at 32 Le Loi
street at 08: 15, we will be guided to the local
market in Hoi An by our tour guide and chef.
This is a very good chance for us to communicate
with the local sellers and get to know more
about their daily life and all ingredients that
we use for the cooking class on board.
After leaving the market, we will get aboard on
the junk and start cruising. We are greeted by
our crew and complimentary cocktail will be
served for us. We will anchor at the nicest
place on the river near the sea and start
cooking lesson for 2 hours. We will prepare the
same dish yourself after our chef finishes each
dish. We will enjoy what we have cooked after
the lesson while cruising back to the pier and
the crew will wish us farewell. Tour ends at
12:30.
